Imeco, at its Kharagpur factory, is equipped with multi strand Cold Roll Profiling Machines for manufacturing of metal sections of various profiles for a number of industries including the following:-

The process of cold forming involves a series of matching profile rolls driven in multiple stands, through which metal sheet is passed in the cold form. As the metal sheet passes through the rolls, the required profile is produced gradually until the final product comes out of the last pair of the rolls.
The Rolling machine installed at Imeco is highly versatile and any profile on metal sections can be produced. The design engineers are highly experienced and skilled in designing and setting of tools for custom built products required by customers.
In-house facility of slitting of steel coils to required widths is also available. Metal coating facilities and proper handling equipments are also in operation.
Imeco’s products have also been recognized by foreign customers, and the market is growing continuously for the world class products being manufactured under stringent quality systems. |
